Products remain the property of Cantabile Music until paid for in full.

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and require an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were sent.

DELIVERY POLICY

All items are dispatched within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Delivery is by courier and tracking details can be supplied on request. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery.

International items are sent by Express Courier (DHL or Fedex etc) for delivery within 7 to 10 days, unless otherwise stated. Tracking details are available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made within 7 days from time of order, either by telephone or email. If you have received the goods, then they must be returned in original condition and packaging to Cantabile Music.
